Adding to it, I have been preparing break fast and lunch for my first daughter allowing my wife to take rest. I have been a multiskilled person and understood the real hardwork which a women goes through working at home.

After getting a hold of the retail operations and marketing ,started the journey in the e commerce industry. 
My work revolves around managing the commercial aspects in the drop ship business,private label,international brands and marketing business.I always think of ways to improve the P & L and execute the same.

DGM - Business Finance

Managed loyalty program,digitization, contact center and customer service across the reliance retail formats.I learnt how the small changes in the loyalty program construct helped in the customer acquisition and an awesome engagement.I also started to connect with the CXO's for helping the different formats (Value/Footprint/Trends/Digital/Jewels and Hamleys) in their efforts to bring in more customers and do specific programs to retain the existing customers.
Along with the team, took care of the Reliance Retail contact center which involved multiple challenges.There was a daily dosage of different complaints ,queries, suggestions which needs to be resolved in a war footing phase.
Overall an interesting role which helped me to grow as a customer centric person.

My retail journey started here.Learnt how the retail stores function right from the planogram to the profit & loss ,audit and the commercial aspects.I learnt about the market scenario,competition,slow moving stock, institution sales and the operational store KPI's -conversions,average bill value,average selling price,revenue ,loyalty participation and unit per transactions.
My team tried hard to get the sales numbers in this competitive industry for which i provided the mentor-ship and the course corrections whenever required. Learnt how one needs to have an hands on experience from my operations head.
 Overall an interesting tenure of great learning with the team and the operations head.
