Senthil Kanthaswamy is currently heading the business unit at Freshworks, overseeing Product, Design, Marketing, and Go-To-Market strategies. He was pivotal in establishing and expanding the team, driving them to achieve significant product and revenue goals. He tackled scale-up challenges and collaborated closely with the CEO and COO during Freshworks' growth from 400 to 1700 employees. At Frilp.com, which was later acquired by Freshworks, Senthil served as the Founder and COO, guiding the company to be recognized among the top 25 startups globally. He holds the Stanford University Rajeev Motwani Young Entrepreneur Fellowship and excels in assembling dynamic teams of engineers, product managers, and designers.
