Sélim Benayat

Sélim Benayat is a seasoned tech lead with an extensive background in molecular biophysics and camera systems. He holds a Research Doctorate degree and a Master of Science from ETH Zürich and Universität Basel, respectively, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Universität Basel. Benayat is passionate about encouraging, enabling, and empowering teams while prioritizing early and frequent demo-time, the usability of solutions, and direct user interaction. His approach to building successful products involves cross-functional teamwork, buy-in, and collaboration.

Throughout his career, Benayat has held several notable positions, including his current role as Co-Founder and CEO at RosieReality. He was also a Lead Product Augmented Reality at the prestigious ETH Zürich and served as a PM & Coach at GoStudent GmbH. Additionally, he was a Participant at Kickstart Innovation in 2016 and returned as a mentor in 2019. Earlier in his career, he served as a Product Manager at Nuomedis.
