Prior to his current role, he held significant positions in Eni, including Vice President (Legal) for Eastern Europe, Asia, and Oceania, as well as Legal Director of Agip KCO (Kashagan), showcasing his deep understanding of the energy sector.
Before his tenure at Eni, Seger Hoytink practiced law at the renowned Dutch firm Loyens & Loeff and was admitted to the Rotterdam Bar in 1995, further solidifying his legal acumen and expertise.
