Seger Hoytink is a highly experienced professional with 25 years of expertise in international upstream legal and negotiation matters within the energy industry, having worked in diverse countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

With a proven track record of leading high-value commercial deals, negotiations, and disputes, Seger Hoytink has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing global legal departments to drive business results and nurture talent.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President Upstream International (Legal) at Eni, Seger Hoytink is responsible for providing legal and negotiation support for Eni's international upstream and procurement activities.

Prior to his current role, he held significant positions in Eni, including Vice President (Legal) for Eastern Europe, Asia, and Oceania, as well as Legal Director of Agip KCO (Kashagan), showcasing his deep understanding of the energy sector.

Before his tenure at Eni, Seger Hoytink practiced law at the renowned Dutch firm Loyens & Loeff and was admitted to the Rotterdam Bar in 1995, further solidifying his legal acumen and expertise.
