Sebastien Forest is a foodtech pioneer and marketplace innovator who founded ALLO RESTO, now known as Just-Eat France, in 1998, where he served as CEO for 17 years until stepping down in July 2015.
Currently, Sebastien is actively involved as a Business Angel, dedicating his time and expertise to mentoring and supporting projects he invests in.
He is a Board Member and Early Investor of QuiToque, a company that was later acquired by Carrefour in March 2018.
