Sebastian Seiguer, JD, MBA, is the CEO and co-founder of Scene Health, previously known as emocha Mobile Health, with over a decade of experience in leading a digital health company focused on improving medication adherence and health outcomes.

Sebastian's educational background includes a Juris Doctor (JD) from Columbia Law School and an MBA in Health Care and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. He also holds a B.A. in English from Columbia College, Columbia University.

With core competencies in strategy, growth, and innovation, Sebastian is dedicated to leveraging video technology and human engagement to ensure patients adhere to their medication regimens and address the social determinants of health affecting their overall well-being.

Under Sebastian's leadership, Scene Health has garnered multiple accolades and recognition for its comprehensive care model, collaborating with health plans, health systems, and public health organizations both nationally and internationally.

Sebastian Seiguer has also been involved in various organizations, serving as the CEO & Co-Founder of Scene Health (formerly emocha Health), Vice Chairman of the Board at Baseball Club Gauting Indians e.V., and an Associate at Allen & Overy, among other roles.
