Sebastian has a degree in Nautical Engineering and Maritime Studies from the International Maritime University of Panama, an MBA in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Universidad Latino-Americana de Ciencias y Tecnología (ULACYT), and studied Innovative Entrepreneurship at MCTC Israel. He has held various leadership roles, including being a founding member of Ideas Maestras and City Leader at First Tuesday Panama.
