Sebastián Fernández-Medrano, Co-Founder at Komon

Sebastián Fernández-Medrano is the Co-Founder of Komon, a fast-growing startup in the tech and creativity space that is currently hiring.12 He is passionate about how technology can help people make a better living out of their creativity.1

Prior to co-founding Komon, Sebastián held various roles at Samaipata, a venture capital firm that invests in digital platforms with network effects across Southern Europe, France, UK and Germany.1 He started as an Analyst in 2015 and was promoted to Associate, Senior Associate, and eventually Principal.1

Sebastián holds a Double Bachelor's degree in Law & Political Science from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.1 He also has an MSc in Business Administration from ICEX-CECO1 and has studied International Law & Economics at Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas | UFRGS on a Santander Group Scholarship.1

In addition to his professional experience, Sebastián has completed several certifications, including CAE from the University of Cambridge, TOEFL, DALF C1, and Celpe-Bras Advanced.1 He has also served as a Mentor at Techstars.1
