His focus lies in aiding organizations in providing sophisticated customer engagement solutions through a combination of empathy, innovative experimentation, and cutting-edge technology.

Sean's specialties include product design, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX) design, AI experience, digital enterprise strategy, emerging technology, and design thinking.

He pursued his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a Film emphasis at Baylor University.

Currently, Sean holds the position of Experience Design Director at NCR Corporation, where he continues to drive impactful design initiatives.
