Sean Williams

Sean Williams is a visionary leader with a keen interest in artificial intelligence, the future of work, business creation, evidence-based policy, sustainable social enterprise, and technology. Having started as a frontline Unemployment Advisor in Brent, London, Sean's career journey led him through various roles in research, policy, and operational management within the employment support sector. He has notably designed and managed large-scale public service contracts both in the UK and internationally, overseeing businesses with turnovers exceeding £75 million and employing over 900 staff.

Sean is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Corndel Ltd, a business he successfully grew from inception to a team of 350 employees before its acquisition by THI Holdings in a significant 40m+ sale. His entrepreneurial acumen is further showcased through his role as the founder and former Chief Executive of autogenAI.
