Sean Swehla

Sean Swehla is a multifaceted professional known for his expertise in the technology sector. As the founder of Squidwrench, he is an avid hobbyist and passionate builder who has always had a knack for creating things. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Music-Jazz and then went on to study Computer Science, both from the prestigious SUNY New Paltz.

Having worked with various giants in the technology space, including DigitalOcean, Gremlin, and IBM, Sean has had an illustrious career. He spent several years at IBM, working in different roles such as Linux Technology Center Software Engineer, Build Automation for Advanced and High-Performance Computing, and even as an IT Consultant. He also served as the Architect of the WW Design Center, the Architect of the PureFlex Benchmark Center, and as an Open Source Web Developer.

Sean then went on to work as a Senior Software Engineer at DigitalOcean and Lead Software Engineer at Gremlin before his current role as Lead Software Engineer at Cape Privacy. He is recognized for his technical abilities, his passion for programming, and his ability to deliver innovative solutions. Sean is a he/him and is known for his friendly and professional demeanor, which has made him a much-respected personality in the tech community.
