As an Investment Manager at Knife Capital, I play a key role in identifying and nurturing high-potential startups, steering their evolution from early-stage concepts to market leaders. My expertise covers in-depth analysis, financial modelling, strategic investment decisions, and building strong, lasting partnerships. My tenure at Knife involved critical involvement in the investment evaluation process, including assessing new opportunities, managing follow-on financing, and strategising exit scenarios for companies with revenues ranging from approximately $1M to over $50M. 

At Knife Capital, we focused on empowering innovation-driven ventures that have demonstrated market traction, accelerating their global expansion through our blend of knowledge, networks, and funding.

Sabvest is an investment group which has been listed since 1988. Sabvest has significant interests in several unlisted businesses and long-term holdings in multiple listed investments. 

At Sabvest, I focused primarily on valuing and recommending both privately held and publicly listed equities to the investment committee . In addition to this, my role assisted in the management of Sabvest's internal investment portfolios. 

My role included:
- Financial modelling & preparation of group company valuations 
- Supporting all other areas of transaction execution
- Providing analysis and insight on group and investee company financial statements
- Preparation of investment strategies and reports
- Portfolio structuring and management
- Management of equity and fixed income investment portfolios
- Financial management and tax planning
- Investee company reporting
- General correspondence and ad-hoc services for the Chief Investment Officer and CEO
