I am currently a Senior Manager with the Deloitte Consulting LLP Enterprise Operations, Supply Management and Digital Procurement practice. I am responsible for a wide range of consulting assignments related to supply chain operations and improvement. This includes procurement, supplier diversity, process improvement, contract management, strategic analysis, supplier risk management, as well as project management. My key concentrations have included; procurement transformation, Source-to-Pay technology implementations (Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, SAP, and Hiperos), process mapping, requirement gathering, contract management, and technology selections. My commercial clients have been in a multitude of industries including; retail, financial services, manufacturing, automotive, oil and gas, and TMT. I have also worked for multiple agencies under Health & Human Services (HHS).

I co-led the Purchasing Track in a large Oracle R12 implementation.  We implemented iSupplier, iProcurement, Sourcing, and Purchasing for a large manufacturer.

Management Analyst

I kept accurate counts of inventory as well as developed and organized a performanced based proposal. I studied the workforce through interviews and surveys and delivered to top management an action plan  to increase productivity in the workplace by motivational and perfomance tactics. It was implemented and accepted by top management before I left to attend college.
