With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in product management roles at major corporations like Chegg Inc., Walmart, and Jet.com, Sean has honed his skills in UX, product development, and business operations.

Driven by a passion to address equity gaps in various industries, Sean founded rees, a groundbreaking career coaching platform aimed at supporting underrepresented individuals and helping them break through glass ceilings in their career growth.

Sean's educational background includes studying Product Management at First Round Product Program and General Assembly, as well as earning a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Throughout his career, Sean has held key positions such as Staff Product Manager, Founder & CEO, Senior Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Co-Founder at various organizations, showcasing his versatility and leadership skills.

His mission is to empower first-gen students, overlooked talent, and aspiring leaders to reach their full potential and ascend to mid- to upper-management positions, making a significant impact on the representation of diverse voices in leadership roles.
