Sean Pan

Sean Pan is an experienced Dean with a strong background in Chinese universities. He is among the pioneering university professors advocating for AACSB accreditation in Chinese universities. With expertise in program development, event management, public speaking, international cooperation, college management, leadership, and student development, Sean is dedicated to enhancing the internationalization and education quality of Chinese higher education. He focuses on enhancing Chinese university students' employability, global perspective, and entrepreneurial skills. Sean actively seeks collaborations with foreign universities, educational institutions, and corporations to provide more opportunities for students, faculty, and colleagues. He envisions fostering unity, diversity, innovation, and friendships across borders. Sean holds a Ph.D. in Management from Wuhan University and has served in key roles such as Vice President and Professor at Golden Education, Deputy Dean at Gengdan Institute Beijing University of Technology, and Dean of International School and Director of International Affairs Office at Canvard College Beijing Technology and Business University.
