I was hired by Emerald Technology to help build their presence within across a multitude of areas. Emerald Technology have an impressive history within the Fixed and Mobile arena however they were looking to focus more so on key verticals and develop a solid reference list.
The role allowed my to generate business within IT Security, Fixed and Mobile Communications, Enterprise Software and the Datacentre and Cloud.

Emerald Technology is an Executive Search organisation that was started in 2000.
We proactively headhunt and target only the top 10% of the technology market.
To date we have successfully delivered on more than 3000 search assignments across 65 countries and 6 continents.
The company was set up to address a specific niche in the market, Emerald Technology bridge the gap between the large, slow moving, process driven and expensive executive search companies and the very small boutique organisations with restricted global expertise and very limited delivery capabilities. Emerald Technology was started to exploit this very niche, we are a nimble organisation that is able to deliver cross functional staff and at speed with our average time to hire being 6 weeks. 

Emerald operate from 4 geographic locations, UK Birmingham, London, Singapore and Dubai.

Emerald place candidates on a Permanent, Contract or Interim basis.

We help start-up and Pre IPO businesses build immediate share-holder value which helps to prepare them for IPO or sale/acquisition. We do this not only by advising with hiring, but all of the things that are very important when a company is looking to expand into new markets and territories. This includes setting up legal entities, VAT, corporation tax, business accounts through to running the payroll, monthly accounts, tax returns etc. To this end we currently are working with about 50 start-up companies today and helping them build their businesses across multiple regions.

Robson Taylor were once a prominent player within the IT /Telecommunications market helping clients across UK/Europe. My role initially was generating new business however this developed to the management of large and prestigious accounts and the responsibility of growing revenues throughout the entire communications environment.
