Sean O'Connor

Sean O'Connor is a versatile and experienced professional with over nine years of diverse work experience in roles spanning blockchain, marketing, and product development.

Currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Blocknative, a blockchain data platform, Sean oversees strategic planning, operations, communications, and stakeholder management, while also driving product marketing and growth initiatives.

Having co-founded and led two blockchain startups, Saffron Solutions and Cellarius (ConsenSys), Sean has a deep background and interest in the blockchain industry.

Beyond his role at Blocknative, Sean is an active angel investor and advisor, supporting multiple early-stage companies across various domains such as HackMD, Maven, NiftyApes, and Spritz Finance.

Sean's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University, where he studied Business with a focus on Finance, Economics, and International Business. He also pursued additional education in design thinking, marketing, and international economics.

His professional journey includes roles as a Fulbright Scholar, Eagle Scout, and positions in several organizations such as Graph Paper Capital, Blocknative Corporation, and consenSys, where he held various leadership and advisory positions.
