With over 15 years of experience, he has held numerous leadership positions in User Experience and Design, including Vice President of UX at Tricentis, Vice President of Design and Senior Director of Product Design at MongoDB, Head of UX at Kaiser Permanente, and UX Strategy Manager at AnswerLab. Additionally, he has taught UX and Customer-Centered Design at California State University, Fullerton.
