In his role, Sean leads an experienced team as they identify, plan, and build solutions for the complex problems faced by today's Financial Institutions.4 He is passionate about building products that sell and believes that CCM (Customer Communications Management) and CEM (Customer Experience Management) will intersect into a single platform in the coming years.1
