Sean Kennelly

Sean Kennelly is the Chief Product and Innovation Officer at Doxim.3 He has close to 15 years of industry experience and brings a wealth of technical know-how to the company.12 Throughout his career, Sean has:

1. Led both Operation and Managed/Professional Services teams
2. Been involved in Project and Product Management
3. Held multiple sales leadership roles

For the last decade, Sean has been heavily involved in the support, implementation, design, and planning of Doxim's products and services.2 His experience, along with his engagement with North American regulated industries entities, informs his vision around customer experience, communications, and payments.2

Sean appreciates the constant change and opportunity at Doxim, as he's not one for mundane repetitiveness in a job.1 He has witnessed significant growth in the company, from when he started at Neocog (which was later acquired by Doxim) with just 7 employees to Doxim now having over 850 employees.1

In his role, Sean leads an experienced team as they identify, plan, and build solutions for the complex problems faced by today's Financial Institutions.4 He is passionate about building products that sell and believes that CCM (Customer Communications Management) and CEM (Customer Experience Management) will intersect into a single platform in the coming years.1
