Sean Hoge is the founder and general partner of Starship Ventures, a venture capital firm based in San Francisco. He has over 25 years of experience in the venture capital industry.12

Prior to founding Starship Ventures in 2017, Sean was a partner at pipeDream Labs, where they focused on early-stage consumer and enterprise technology investments.12 He has also been active in the drone industry, co-founding BRINC Drones, an accelerator and investment fund.1

Sean's career began as a co-founder of Crossfader, a social media startup that was acquired by Twitter in 2013. He has also worked as an advisor or board member for companies like Atmos, Node Worldwide, and Clubhouse.12

Sean Hoge graduated from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He also holds certifications from Apple in Final Cut Pro Expert and Logic Pro Expert, as well as from Avid Technology in Pro Tools Operator Certified.1
