With over 12 years of diverse experience in the food and retail industry, Sean Gill has held various key positions at Morrisons, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of different divisions including Retail, HR, Procurement, and Commercial Trading. Sean's early career roots as a part-time sales assistant combined with his educational background in Management and Business have honed his skills in leadership, coaching, and peer development. His journey included actively participating in the Morrisons Sponsored Degree Programme, attaining a BSc in Business Management with 2:1 Honors from Bradford University and further studies in Enterprise Development at The University of Huddersfield.
