Sean Freas

Sean Freas is an accomplished Associate with a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industries. He boasts an impressive array of skills, including real estate valuation and acquisitions, asset management, leveraged finance, commercial leasing and advisory, market research, and portfolio management. With a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a BS in Business from the University of Redlands, Sean is well-versed in all aspects of the real estate business. Throughout his career, he has held various positions that have allowed him to hone his skills and expand his expertise. He is currently an AVP at New York City Economic Development Corporation and has previously held positions as an Associate at Amsler Advisors LLC and an Associate Advisor at The Beall Corporation. In addition to his work in real estate and finance, Sean has also served as the General Manager of AirPark Lounge, the Corporate Banking Officer at American Savings Bank, and the Commercial Credit at Bank of Hawaii.
