He holds a Master's degree in Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Management from Park University, a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Wichita State University.

Sean's vast experience includes serving as the City Administrator at the City of Park City, Special Projects Director at the City of Mesquite, Town Manager at the Town of Sunnyvale TX, City Manager at the Town of Pantego in Texas, and a former Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy.
