Sean Eikerman is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for building win/win businesses and developing people.

He pursued his education at The University of British Columbia, where he studied Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Honours at the prestigious UBC Sauder School of Business.

Over the course of his career, Sean has held various key roles in notable organizations, showcasing his diverse skill set and expertise.

Currently, he serves as the Director Of Operations at InTime, demonstrating his leadership and operational skills.

Sean's past experiences include serving as a member of the Board of Advisors at Hyperminds, a Business Advisor at Cultivate Advisors, a Business Architect at Traction on Demand, and as the Managing Director & Chief Commercial Officer at RED Academy.

His entrepreneurial spirit is evident through his roles as the Co-Founder & Head of Growth at Boatwyze, Account Executive, Sales Representative, and Marketing Specialist at InTime Solutions.

Sean's professional journey also includes experiences in HR and consulting, having worked as an HR Process Consultant & Recruiter at Accenture, an HR Generalist at TDL Group, and a Residence Advisor at The University of British Columbia.
