Sean Edwards

Sean Edwards is a seasoned executive and lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries.13 He served as the Executive Chairman & Board Member at NeuraLace Medical, Inc. from July 2018 to March 2022, and briefly as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from September 2021 to February 2022.3

Currently, Sean Edwards holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Regencor Inc., a regenerative medicine company focused on reducing morbidity and mortality from heart disease.23 He is also a Board Member at Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited and has been serving as the President of GRI Bio, Inc. since February 2016.3

Edwards has a diverse background in the healthcare industry, having held leadership roles in various companies. He was the President of EvoMed (Holding) LLC from 2008 to 2015 and served as President/CEO and VP of Business Development and General Counsel at Cosmederm Bioscience.3

Academically, Sean Edwards holds an A.B. in History from Princeton University (1988-1992) and a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of San Diego School of Law (1994-1996).13

Throughout his career, Edwards has been involved in driving innovation in medical technologies and treatments, particularly in areas such as non-invasive medical devices for chronic pain treatment and regenerative medicine.12
