Scott Zackman is a prominent figure in the esports industry with a rich background in leadership and innovation.

Starting his esports journey at Rutgers Esports as an Executive Board Member in 2016, he was instrumental in the success of the Overwatch team, which performed exceptionally in their debut season.

His innovative spirit shone through when he organized the first Rutgers Esports Summit in 2016, aiming to formalize the organization's structure and plan for the future.

Transitioning to the role of Competitive Director at Rutgers Esports from 2018 to 2019, Scott Zackman oversaw significant development within the organization, including team management, gear prototyping, and collaboration with Rutgers University on a LAN center.

Scott is currently actively engaged in bridging the gap between scholastic and professional esports realms through community dialogues, panel participations at events like CSL Grand Finals and DreamHack Atlanta, and the ongoing establishment of Scarlet Esports, an alumni association fostering connections among collegiate esports alumni and industry professionals.
