He has successfully managed and delivered over 200 projects, including data-center builds, application and cloud migrations, software integrations, and infrastructure transformations.

His key achievements include leading a multinational team in adapting a loan management system for a USA client, overseeing a $10M program to design and develop a multi-tiered web application, and delivering new infrastructure with no downtime for 20K users across 3 data centers and 150 sites.

Scott Woodward possesses strong leadership skills, having engaged with top executives and steering committees for two decades, managed P&L, forecasting, and cashflow on substantial budgets, and led onshore/offshore teams of over 100 individuals while focusing on capability building through coaching and mentoring.
