He also served as the Director of First Year Residential Education at High Point University, where he focused on enhancing the transition experience for new students.

Prior to that, Scott worked at Gettysburg College in roles such as Assistant Director for Residential and First-Year Programs and Residential Life Coordinator for Sophomore Resources and College Houses, demonstrating his commitment to student development.
