Scott Waddell is a soccer coach with over a decade of experience in collegiate and youth coaching, specializing in player and team development using the positional play methodology.

Achieved notable success as the Associate Head Coach of Women's Soccer at Brandeis University with a national ranking of 21st and 23rd by United Soccer Coaches and D3soccer.com in 2021, a 3rd place finish in the UAA, and reaching the NCAA tournament second round.
