Scott Titsworth

Scott Titsworth is an accomplished individual with a strong academic background in communication studies. He holds a PhD in Communication from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Missouri State University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Emporia State University.

Titsworth has made significant contributions in the field of communication through his various roles in academia. He currently serves as the Dean of the Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University. Previously, he held the position of Director of the School of Communication Studies and Director of Graduate Studies at Ohio University. He has also served as the Basic Course Director in the School of Communication Studies at Ohio University.

Prior to his tenure at Ohio University, Scott Titsworth worked as an Assistant Professor at Minnesota State University Moorhead and as an Instructor at Truman State University. His diverse experience reflects his deep commitment to education and the advancement of communication studies.
