Scott Thrall is an accomplished Director of Agility practices, boasting over eight years of experience in coaching, training, and guiding individuals in the Agile concepts and methodologies. Possessing several certifications, including Coach, SAFe SPC, and Scrum Master, Scott's educational achievements include a degree in Technical Business Management from DeVry University and Associates in Software Development from ITT Technical Institute.

Scott has held several critical roles throughout his career, including Director of Agile Process at Landstar, where he established and directed Agile processes and workflows to support Landstar's organizational strategies. He has also served as an Enterprise Agile Coach at MATRIX Resources, Agile Coach at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and IT Business Unit Sr Manager, Scrum Management at Citi, where he helped drive Agile methodology implementation across cross-functional teams, promoting product innovation and quality delivery.
