Scott Swope

Scott Swope is a well-educated individual with a background in Music and General Studies. He obtained a BA from Portland State University and pursued further studies by earning a M.M. and DMA in Opera and Voice from the renowned Eastman School of Music.

Throughout his career, Scott Swope has held several key positions in various organizations, showcasing his expertise and dedication in the field of music. He served as the Vice-President at EVTA e.V., where he contributed significantly to the organization's goals and initiatives. His academic endeavors also led him to the role of Visiting Assistant Professor of Voice at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he imparted his knowledge and skills to aspiring musicians.

In addition to his academic roles, Scott Swope has also shared his passion for voice as a Docent at the University of Osnabrueck. His commitment to music education is evident through his past position as a Voice Teacher at Musik&Kunstschule der Stadt Osnabrueck, where he nurtured the talents of students and cultivated a love for vocal performance.

Scott Swope's professional journey includes impressive stints as a Lyric Baritone at Staedtische Bühnen Osnabrück and Städtische Bühnen Freiburg. These experiences have not only honed his vocal abilities but have also exposed him to diverse performance opportunities, shaping him into a versatile and well-rounded musician.
