Scott Simard, an accomplished IT leader, has a proven track record of motivating teams to surpass key performance indicators and achieve organizational objectives while maintaining ethical standards. Scott is a skilled marketing, product management, human resources, and sales mentor and advisor, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions integration. Scott's education includes a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo - School of Management, where he also completed his MBA.

Currently, Scott is Director of Deployment Services at Synoptek. Before assuming this role, he worked at Synoptek as Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Initiatives, Senior Manager of PMO & Onboarding Engineering, IT Operations, Cloud Engineer, and System Administrator. He was also Senior Project Manager at Synoptek's predecessor, Choice One Communications. Scott was previously a board member at enTrust Realty Group, Inc.
