Scott Shepherd is a highly experienced Chief Legal Officer with a diverse background across various industries and roles. With over 30 years of experience, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in legal matters and team building.

Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Ontic, Scott is responsible for overseeing all legal issues within the company and establishing a new legal team. Prior to Ontic, he held the same position at Khoros for a year and served as the Vice President of Legal at Spredfast.

Scott's professional journey includes roles such as General Counsel, law firm partner, and a United States Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel. He has a proven track record of leading diverse teams to successfully execute a wide range of projects.

His expertise lies in leadership, judgment, communication, legal strategy, and analysis. Scott excels in developing and retaining high-performing teams and thrives in high-pressure situations while ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Scott Shepherd holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, an M.A. in Public Policy from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
