Scott Serles

Scott Serles is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with a passion for helping others succeed. He specializes in purchasing seller-financed notes and private money mortgages, as well as assisting distressed homeowners by showing them their options when facing foreclosure. His goal is to develop multiple streams of income and grow his network by working with joint venture partners and producing as much business as possible.

Scott has studied real estate investing and sales at Nouveau University and personal development at ilearningglobal. He has also specialized in multi-family units, short sales, seller-financed notes, wholesaling, subject-to, and tax and legal strategies at Nouveau Riche University. Scott is currently an independent contractor at ilearningglobal.tv, and has previously been the CEO of Reliable Home Solutions, an entrepreneur at Nouveau Riche University, and owner of S&B Motosports.

With a focus on coaching and mentoring new students interested in real estate investing, Scott believes in paying it forward and helping others develop a mentality of success. He is interested in meeting people connected to consulting firms, corporate early adopters, investors and developers, owners who have carried back a mortgage, thought leaders, and individuals interested in business ownership and continuing education.
