Scott Sailor

Scott Sailor, MBA, is a highly experienced and accomplished executive who has achieved success across multiple industries and disciplines. With a deep understanding of operations, corporate strategy, finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial services, and revenue cycle, Sailor has proven himself to be a valuable asset to any organization. He has extensive experience working in a Private Equity ownership model and is dedicated to cultivating successful teams through coaching and team building, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and efficiencies.

Sailor's education includes an MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and degrees in Biology from both Penn State University and Lehigh University. He also attended Germantown Academy for high school.

His professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Growth at Great Expressions Dental Centers, as well as Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Director of Operations at Benevis. Sailor previously worked at Lafarge, where he served as Operations Manager, Corporate Strategy Manager, Logistics Manager, and M&A Manager. He also worked at Home Depot as a Finance Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Associate, and at Duff & Phelps as a Corporate Value Consulting Senior Associate. Sailor began his career at Goldman Sachs, working in Global Security Services - Sales and Trading, before moving on to UBS Investment Bank as a Mortgage Finance Controller Analyst.
