He has spent several years working with various esteemed organizations and mastering multiple programming languages, software development methodologies, and engineering principles.
Scott Rankin started his professional journey as a Technical Trainer and Support Engineer at WRQ and quickly moved up the ranks to become a Software Developer and then Lead Developer Unix Security. After his stint at WRQ, Scott joined the team at Popcap Games, where he served as a Software Engineering Manager. Later on, he worked with Pluto VR as Pluton, and then with Bot School Inc as a Bot Scholar.
He excelled in his role as Principal Software Engineer at Phoenix Labs and then moved to his current position as a Principal Engineer at Pragma Platform. Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in software development, project management, product research and development, and engineering principles. He has a knack for quickly understanding complex problems and coming up with efficient and innovative solutions.
Scott Rankin is also an alumnus of the University of Idaho where he earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
