Scott Ralls

Scott Ralls has an extensive background in educational leadership, having served as the President of Wake Technical Community College, Northern Virginia Community College, and the North Carolina Community College System.

During his time at Northern Virginia Community College, Scott was instrumental in establishing partnerships with industry giants like Amazon Web Services and George Mason University.

Scott Ralls played a significant role during his tenure as President of the North Carolina Community College System, where he spearheaded initiatives that garnered national recognition for student success efforts and innovations.

As a Co-chair of the Policy Leadership Trust for Student Success, Scott continues to contribute to national efforts aimed at improving student outcomes in higher education.

Scott Ralls holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
