Scott Phillips is a seasoned executive in the consumer financial services sector with over 20 years of experience under his belt. He is a Wharton School alumnus, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Multinational Management. He continued his education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with concentrations in Economics and Strategic Management.

Throughout his career, Scott has held several leadership positions at Citi, one of the world’s leading banks. He served as the U.S. Retail Bank Head of Deposit Products and Director, Head of U.S. Retail Banking Program Management and Prioritization Office. Additionally, he was the Senior Vice President in various roles, including Sales Director for Outer Boroughs and Boston Division, Area Manager in The Bronx, and U.S. Retail Bank CFO for Greater New York Metro. He oversaw finance, sales performance management, channel leadership, governance, investment prioritization, product management, and business transformation.

Before joining Citi, Scott worked at Deloitte, BearingPoint, and Barents Group LLC as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Operations Group and Financial Services. He completed a Certificate of achievement for excellence in bank management with distinction at Community Bankers Association (CBA) Executive Banking School.
