Scott Pavlechko

Scott Pavlechko is an accomplished professional with over 7 years of experience in project management, relationship management, process improvement, and strategic planning. He has held various key roles at Nationwide, including Talent Acquisition, Software Development Services, and the Marketing & Emerging Businesses Group IT.

During his tenure at Nationwide, Scott has made significant contributions such as managing enterprise IT Build Metrics, developing a crowd-sourced Package & SaaS Life-cycle Management Playbook, and crafting comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans for the enterprise IT community. He holds an ALMI designation from LOMA and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Scott is an avid Chelsea football club supporter. He also enjoys staying active and playing golf in his free time.
