Scott Orn, CFA, is the Chief Operating Officer at Kruze Consulting, a firm specializing in accounting, finance, HR, and tax services for startups. Before joining Kruze Consulting, Scott was a Partner at Lighthouse Capital Partners, a private debt firm focused on lending to startups, where he successfully led over 20 deals and invested more than $100 million without incurring any losses. His previous experience also includes roles as Director of Community Products at Callisto Media and as an analyst in mergers and acquisitions at JPMorgan's Hambrecht & Quist.12
