His specialties include Resource Management, Training and Development, Project Management, Organization Development, Relationship Management, P&L Management, Client Relations, Innovation, Budget Administration, and Team Building. In terms of education, Scott studied Information Systems and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Shaw University, building a foundation for his successful career in management and leadership. Additionally, he attended Hudson Catholic High School, shaping his early academic years.

Throughout his professional journey, Scott has held key positions in reputable organizations such as Insight, XMS Solutions Inc., Vanguard Integrity Professionals, AP Business Services Management, and Tivoli/IBM. His roles have included Resource Manager, Director of Enterprise Security Consulting Group, Partner/Director of Relationship Management, and various managerial positions focused on Customer Validation and Technology Delivery in the Asia Pacific region.
