Pet Insight is a team of data scientists, technologists, and vets that have partnered with Whistle Labs - the premier pet care IoT technology, Banfield Pet Hospital - the largest general veterinary practice in the United States, and pet owners - citizen scientists, to conduct the largest population health study in pet care.  The research is critically important because “pets can’t talk” to tell you they’re not feeling well.  In turn, Pet Insight is using artificial intelligence to develop advanced deep learning models to uncover important links between pet behaviors, activity, and health.  This understanding is critical to telling a more complete “health story” and empowering pet owners to better care for the animals they love.  It also has the power to transform conventional veterinary medicine, by moving the profession beyond generally accepted practice to a whole new level of personalized care driven by objective, evidence-based, precision-medicine.

- Founder of the Digital Innovation Center with a focus on developing digital strategies and product architectures that improve treatment performance, medical outcomes, patient experience and support new, commercial models that monetize clinical data.  	Develop and launch a portfolio of over 40 applications to support a variety of digital health services addressing important disease conditions that core pharmaceutical products treat. This ecosystem has been localized across 14 countries spanning Asia, Americas, Europe and Africa. 	These digital applications have supported improved efficacy and compliance for 30 pharmaceutical drug therapies including Apoquel, Cytopoint, Trocoxil, Simparica, Stronghold, Proheart and Draxxin.	Responsible for the design and continued product development of a “connected health” PaaS model comprised of mobile apps, web experiences, sensor devices, algorithms and machine learning which enables the collection of patient data and returns key insights to health care providers leveraging Real-World Outcomes and Informatics.	Build digital technologies to help understand biological hypotheses in R&D and support label claims in the clinical studies process. 	Enable the collection of patient reported outcomes and quantify health economics. 	Oversee and participate in clinical studies (pharmaceutical and compliance) and trials with Outcomes Research Data Scientists and R&D team. 	Digitize clinical studies (Double Blind), proving the results out of the R&D clinical trials and Outcomes Research studies and selling new drug treatments achieving the results, clinical, emotional and economic benefits. - Built out a transformational connected care digital strategy which resulted in the separation and expansion of digital innovation creating a new business unit called Centre for Digital Innovation (CDI).	Chair, Review Board Committee for new digital concepts; Implemented a VC-style funding, road-mapping, “go/no-go” governance process.	Worked with country-level teams to integrate regionally sanctioned economic concepts into local markets.  Worked with global and other regional leadership teams to expand new ideas for worldwide distribution and brand development.  Established the first multi-regionally funded project in the history of the company's Business Innovation initiative.	Business development; Assessed new technologies, 3rd-party solutions, and potential distribution partners.  Also, technology companies, academic institutions, and governmental agencies. Their brand portfolio included more than a dozen properties such as <a href="http://Thumbplay.com">Thumbplay.com</a> and <a href="http://SendMeMobile.com">SendMeMobile.com</a>.   	Managed product marketing, product development, and Engineering SWAT Teams. Developed innovative marketing concepts to drive audience acquisition, revenue, A/B testing, and revenue optimization.	Engaged and retained consumer markets and other value-chain stakeholders by developing mobile platforms utilizing the “app economy” and IoT concepts resulting in improved efficiency, accuracy and economic benefit.
