    In 2003, he co-founded the pioneering cloud-based e-commerce software in the country, foreseeing the rise of cloud technology before it became mainstream.

    As the CEO of Effective Measure from 2008, Scott led the company to become a global digital media measurement standard, attracting Silicon Valley investment and expanding its presence to over 22 countries before its successful acquisition in 2016.

    Scott's current focus is on data-driven projects aimed at enhancing consumer experiences through personalization and prediction, particularly through the application of artificial intelligence like Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop invaluable decision-making tools for businesses.

    Passionate about 'pragmatic AI,' Scott aims to drive growth and innovation through technology and believes in utilizing AI for positive global impact.
