Dr. Scott Hutcheson, is a Senior Lecturer at Purdue University and co-founder of Hutcheson Associates, a consulting firm specializing in organizational transformation.

Scott has over 30 years of experience working with organizations ranging from industry to federal agencies, on strategies related to competitiveness, innovation, sustainability, and public health. He has worked with over 4,000 leaders from 147 countries.

With a background in speech and theatre, Scott pursued further education in organizational development, inter-organizational communication, and earned a PhD focusing on strategy and complex collaboration.

Scott is a published author, with his book 'Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership' receiving critical acclaim and recognition. He is also a sought-after speaker, delivering keynotes and leading workshops at various events.

Known for his TED Talk on the 'Science of Prospection,' Scott's influence extends online with a significant following on Instagram. Scott is based near Indianapolis, Indiana, with his wife Lisa, who is also a co-founder of Hutcheson Associates.
