Scott Hilsee is an Internal Review Evaluator at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), where he has built a significant career in contracting and auditing. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Philadelphia University. His professional experience includes roles as a Contracting Officer and as a Business Opportunity Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration since June 2023.1
In addition to his professional qualifications, Hilsee is certified as a Notary Public in Pennsylvania and has achieved DAWIA Level 2 Contracting certification from the Defense Acquisition University. His background also includes education at the U.S. Naval War College, where he completed the Joint Professional Military Education Phase I program.1
Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with family.
