Scott Griffith is the Chief Executive Officer of Motiv Electric Trucks, a position he assumed in May 2024. He has a robust background in technology and mobility, having spent over 30 years in leadership roles within various innovative companies. Before joining Motiv, Griffith was the CEO of Ford Motor Company's Autonomous Vehicles and Mobility Businesses, where he played a pivotal role in developing Level 4 autonomous vehicles and managing Ford's investments in future mobility initiatives.13
Griffith's career highlights include leading Zipcar as CEO from its inception to its acquisition by Avis Budget Group in 2013. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.56
