Scott Grace is a highly educated professional with a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Hertfordshire, along with various diplomas from reputable institutions. Scott has a strong background in community engagement and safeguarding, having served as the Head of Community Engagement & Designated Safeguarding Lead at The Conservative Party. Prior to this, he held roles such as Head of Youth Engagement and Student Liaison Manager within the same organization. Scott also has experience in student engagement and management, having worked at Hertfordshire Students' Union in various capacities, including Research and Representation Manager and Trainee Venue Manager. His leadership skills were honed during his time as a Team Leader/Staff Trainer at JD Wetherspoon.
