Scott Goldman

Scott Goldman is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Asset Management at Toorak Capital Partners. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the firm's asset portfolio and ensuring effective servicing oversight. Goldman has nearly 25 years of experience in areas such as residential mortgage finance, risk management, and servicing operations.12

Prior to his position at Toorak, Goldman was Vice President at Cenlar FSB, where he developed and implemented risk management processes. He also held a significant role at Ally Bank as Managing Director, where he led mortgage servicing operations for an $11 billion portfolio.12 His career began with a background in public service, having worked as a Special Assistant to the Deputy Mayor for the District of Columbia.1

Goldman holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's in Public Policy & Finance from American University. He is also a Certified Mortgage Banker, a designation he has held since 2017.23 His extensive experience and educational background position him as a knowledgeable leader in asset management and mortgage finance.
