Scott Gilpatrick

Scott Gilpatrick, the Vice President at CARROLL, oversees the operations of 101 communities and 33,000 apartment homes across several states in the U.S.

With over 28 years of experience in the multi-family real estate sector, Scott has a diverse background in lease-up, value-add, and repositioning strategies, alongside extensive third-party management expertise.

Before joining CARROLL, he held senior roles at Equus Capital Partners/Madison Apartment Group, overseeing 15,000 units in the Midwest and East Coast, and at Sawyer Realty Holdings and Berkshire Realty Advisors.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL, and has engaged with various industry associations such as the South Florida Apartment Association, the Atlanta Apartment Association, the Birmingham Apartment Association, and the Memphis Apartment Association.

In addition to his professional commitments, Scott is involved in community service, supporting organizations like the National Kidney Foundation and the ASPCA, and is an active member of North Metro Church.
